Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud - #QOTP

I'm sure I'm not the only one who builds relationships with my clothes overtime that is why it's hard to even get rid of the clothes that are worn out, or just need to go. But if you have a messy wardrobe full of things you don't even wear and can't find anything to wear in the morning from that huge pile, then this post is for you.

Why should you clean out your wardrobe?
Really? Deep down, you know why you need to but I'm still going to tell you. Cleaning out your wardrobe frees up space that these (as far as you are concerned) useless things are occupying, you can what good clothes you actually have and work with them. And you know what to put on your shopping list to build your wardrobe.

First
Take everything out of the wardrobe, the wardrobe should be completely empty. You could put everything on the floor or on the bed and then start to work your way through. You need to have eaten or at least have some energy to complete this process cause it's not as it easy as it seems.

Clear Out
Categories of clothes that should not be in your wardrobe - Clothes you don't wear anymore, clothes you have never worn and you never will.  Clothes you don't like anymore and clothes that don't fit you anymore. You are left with clothes you do wear, clothes that are dirty and clothes that need mending or tailoring. You know what to do with the dirty ones, take the ones that need mending to the tailor or do it yourself if you can.

Get Rid
If you have siblings, family members, friends or people who you could give some of the clothes to, then do otherwise you could put them together and give to charity. The ones that are completely worn out can be used as house rags, recycled or just thrown away or burnt.

Organise
Now you're left with clothes you do wear and you can work with. From a hideous mess to a beautiful mess, just organise the remaining clothes nicely into your wardrobe and you're good to go.

If you're in North Cyprus, Raise Your Soul is a charity run by a student, Cynatra that collects clothes and shoes and gives them to the less privileged. This is a link to the charity's page HERE, you can send a message and get in touch with them.
